Delete Your NorPal Account

You can permanently delete your NorPal account directly from the app or request deletion by email.

Delete your account in the app

You can permanently delete your NorPal account from inside the NorPal app under Settings → Delete Account.

Open NorPal Sign in to the account you want to delete.

Open Settings Go to your account settings inside the app.

Select Delete Account Follow the confirmation steps to permanently delete your account.

You may also request deletion by emailing us from the email address connected to your NorPal account.

Include your NorPal account email, your full name, and the words “Delete my NorPal account”.

We may contact you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

After verification, your NorPal account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted.

Information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal or regulatory reasons may be retained only for the required period.
